You can drive a 16 seat minibus with a car licence under a Section 19 Permit under conditions including; being 21 or older, have held a licence for over 2 years, the vehicle is under 3500kg (plus 750kg allowance for specialist lifting equipment) and are not receiving payment or other consideration.
